EVERYDAY ESSENTIAL OILS

My introduction to essential oils was a few years back when I went to see a chiropractor with an issue of smelling things that weren't there.  No, I wasn't and am not crazy, and you may be thinking, "why didn't she go to a 'regular' doctor?"  Because I knew how the diagnosis would result….with some type of prescription drug.  NOT INTERESTED!  What I did learn was that apparently, stress can cause lots of weird things, to not only happen in your body but, in your brain too!  The problem was resolved and the oils were put in cabinet.

I then purchased a few last year to mix up a pain-relief spray recipe that I had come across and it worked great for me and my personal training clients.  I had also purchased some Lavender and had began to put it on the bottoms of my feet before bed because I had problem STAYING asleep.  Oh, the joys of getting older!  I had purchase different brands and noticed some were more effective than others and they all didn't smell the same; some had more of an alcohol base smell to them.

This past June, while attending a conference in Chicago, some of the women at my table began pulling out all sorts of oils and started passing them around for us to use to stay alert.  This was the first time I used peppermint, and it worked wonderfully.  Our speaker, Sandi Krakowski, had a cosmetic bag full of oils and was applying them as she spoke to us.  When I returned home, I decided to place an order with Young Living and since then, we have become an "OILING" family.

So, consider this about the Everyday Essential Oils kit below…..

Every day we inhale, touch, and taste harmful ingredients and toxins.  Synthetic ingredients are in virtually every item in the home, from cleaning products, personal care products to food additives.  These nine powerful essential oils work as natural, chemical-free replacements for items you use every single day.

Essential oils are concentrated liquids extracted from aromatic plants.  These natural oils protect plants from insects, environmental conditions, and disease.  If you've ever squeezed a lemon or orange peel and seen liquid come out–that's the essential oil.  When grown, harvested, and distilled properly, essential oils can have a wide variety of uses and tremendous health benefits.

Pure Essential Oils Have Very High Frequency

The effectiveness of essential oils cannot be fully understood without some discussion of frequency. Frequency is the measurable rate of electrical energy flow that is constant between any two points. Everything has frequency. Dr. Robert O. Becker in his book The Body Electric establishes that the human body has an electrical frequency and that much about a person's health can be determined by it's frequency.

In 1992, Bruce Tainio of Tainio Technology, an independent division of Eastern State University in Cheny, Washington, built the first frequency monitor in the world. Tainio has determined that the average frequency of the human body during the day time is 62 – 68 MHz. (A healthy body frequency is 62 – 72 MHz.) When the frequency drops, the immune system is compromised. If the frequency drops to 58 MHz, cold and flu symptoms appear, at 55 MHz, diseases like Candida take hold, at 52 MHz, Epstein Bar and at 42 MHz, Cancer.

According to Dr. Royal R. Rife, every disease has a frequency. He found that certain frequencies can prevent the development of disease and that others would destroy disease. Substances with higher frequency will destroy diseases of a lower frequency. The study of frequencies raises important questions, concerning the frequencies of substances we eat, breath and absorb. Many pollutants lower healthy frequency. Processed/canned food has a frequency of zero. Fresh produce has up to 15 MHz, dry herbs from 12 to 22 MHz and fresh herbs from 20 to 27 MHz. Essential oils start at 52 MHz and go as high as 320 MHz, which is the frequency of rose oil. Clinical research shows that essential oils have the highest frequency of any natural substance known to man, creating an environment in which disease, bacteria, virus, fungus, etc., cannot live.

Essential Oils Penetrate

The penetrating characteristic of essential oils greatly enhances their ability to be effective. Essential oils will penetrate into the body when applied to the skin. Essential oil placed on the foot will be distributed to every cell in the body in 21 minutes. They will even penetrate a finger or toe nail to treat fungus underneath.

Essential Oils Are Aromatic

Essential oils are highly aromatic and therefore, many of the benefits can be obtained by simply inhaling them. This can be done by breathing in the fragrance from the bottle, or they can be diffused into the room.

Essential oils, when diffused, can be the best air filtration system in the world. They will:

  1. Purify, by removing metallic particles and toxins from the air.
  2. Increase atmospheric oxygen.
  3. Increase ozone and negative ions in the house, which inhibits bacteria growth.
  4. Destroy odors from mold, cigarettes, and animals.
  5. Fill the air with a fresh, herbal aromatic scent.

You'll be amazed at the many uses you'll discover with each of these nine incredible essential oils.  In fact, after discovering how simple it is to remove harmful chemicals in your home, you'll wonder how you ever lived without essential oils!
